momo哦05-28这本书很适合作为长寿领域的入门书,因为作者作为这个领域的从业者,与长寿有关的方方面面基本都谈到了,缓解了我的信息焦虑。简而言之:运动、睡觉、戒任何垃圾食品/过量卡路里(精致碳水也是垃圾食品哈)。做到这三点,基本已经做到了80分。
