    心理战的部分非常精彩,思维的跳跃和谋划不只是一阶而是多阶水平的。具体提到的策略也很实用,边读的时候能够闪回某些场合善于谈判的人是如何应用某招的。其中多处提到contingent plan,也侧面印证了在信息不对称不透明的情况下,资本市场对赌协议存在的必要性。还有一点很有意思,对手是高明的谈判者的反而有可能共赢。
