    想看些八卦常识小故事还可以,想靠这书自救还是算了,真正的self-care tips只在最后一章,说的也都是老话。之前的章节全是中医说了千百年的玩意。而且!动不动就提童年往事童年阴影实在是戳到我反感穴。有点失望。
